The Altar of Chaos is made of adamantite and is not big.  However, it is giving off intense red light which seems to instill desires to bring about chaos.  It is shaped a lot like a sacrificial table, and there are signs of it being used as such.  In the center and corners are sharp spikes directed upwards.  The centermost spike bears a lot of bloodstains, indicating victims being impaled upon it.
