The doll is made from an old piece of red cloth.  It doesn't have any arms or legs.  The doll is only a simple head and body.  The face has little strands of yarn sewed on to the top and two mother-of-pearl buttons for eyes. A piece of pink material was sewn on under the button to give the impression of a face.  Little flowers have been sewn onto the body in childish stitches.  It is clear that the doll was well loved for it has been clearly repaired several times.
