A big hydra shaped fountain is in the center of a junction.

The fountain is large; in the middle of it is an eight-headed hydra statue made out of mithril.  The heads form a circle and seem to be of equal distance from each other.  Water is pouring out of all the heads.  Since the fountain water level does not change there must be some invisible hole through which the extra water is drained away.  It is very clean and drinkable.
