The shrine is a statue of Aquarius.  It is wonderfully crafted and looks exactly like the pictures of the Water God.  The statue is making the symbol of Aquarius, that all the believers make, with his hands.  An altar stands in front of the shrine for ceremonial use.  It is all made out of blue and silver marble.
