Known as the Gho'li (plural) and Gho'la (singular).

Knowledge of them - decended from Fish over thousands of years
Typical Gho'la (male) - Broad shoulders, well built, large eyes
that can see almost 270 degrees, webbed hands and feet, fins
attached to limbs and gills beside their mouth, no nose found,
mouth small, hair - non existent, scales instead of skin, wear
only an item called a loht around waist - similar to a kilt.
Typical Gho'la (female) - Smaller eyes than males and not as
built, narrow shoulders, broad chest and hips, everything else
same as males except for a fin from forehead to just above
the bottom."
