Deep black marble carved from apparently one huge chunk is about eight feet in diameter and the walls confining the water stand about three feet high. The locals have a terrible time keeping the children out of it since it looks so much like a wading pool.  The marble has an inlaid silver panorama of goblins, orcs, and a multitude of other creatures locked deep in combat and might be a depiction of what would be pictured in the Blackblood Wars.  In the center of the fountain, a tall statue of a young warrior brashly refills the crystal water of the fountain with a sly grin on his face.

Apparently pure silver, the statue of the young warrior has artistically wonderful eyes that follow you around as he gleefully refills the fountain from his handiest source.

Quite the voyeur aren't you!  The hand of the statue hides it all.
