This solid platinum medallion has been etched by a fine craftsman with a viper on the front and an odd creature on the back that resembles nothing animal or human, but may be some malformed cross of the two.  It has two black horns protruding from its head and a grotesque leer as its teeth jut from its gums at different angles as it smiles.
