A beautiful scrollcase, very nearly a work of art.  Silver and ebony make up the body of the case, banded in rings of pure verdant emerald, sparkling like luminous green fire.  The case is nearly a foot long, the silvered scrollwork spiraling down the far edge to pool at the case's bottom as a pure silver band.  This heavy-weighted bottom also acts as a counterweight, preventing the scrollcase from rolling far when loose.  The clasp at the upper edge is silver, with ruby engravings, locking fully when closed so the case may be worn as well as stored.
