Recently severed from some unfortunate dwarf, this leg reeks of oak wood smells and the normally leathery skin is crisp and crinkled from drying in the smokehouse for weeks.  The sliced end of the thigh is a clean flat cut to the meat but the thigh bone sticks out like the tip of a fried chicken leg.
