A strange mask that looks to be the front facial bones of some long dead humanoid creature.  It has been painted up with red circles on the cheeks, spiraling lines out from the eyes, and an impressive painted on grin.  A piece of cowgut string is attached to both sides of the mask, aiding in its wear.
