A clear gem hanging from a woven seaweed chain encases a human eye.

According to legend, this glass-encased eye is the source of the Sea Hags' vision and perception.  The blue eye peering out from a clear gem apparently belonged to the hags' last victim, in this case, a human.  A woven and dried seaweed chain is threaded through a small brass fixture on the top of the crystal.
