A small wad of gray fur and bones lies here.  It is the indigestible portion of an owl's dinner.  When an owl swallows a pixie, it digests the meat and spits out the bones, fur, teeth and wings.  This little present is odorless and quite fun to poke around in, however it has no practical use other than a boredom killer.  Most likely, there is an owl somewhere nearby sleeping off a full stomach.
