A simple piece of white linen has been crudely sewn with large visible stitches to form a peaked priests cap.  Two flaps of fabric on the side of the cap are designed to cover the shoulders.  The white fabric is now almost brown with dark splotches and stains covering most of the fabric.  Even the inside is crusted with filth and tiny vermin scuttle to and from gleaning a meal from the crusty scum lines.
