It is difficult to actually define the gleaming sliver that extends from a very small, almost nonexistent handle.  The weapon seems to gain strength with even the slightest movement, but then retracts again to nothing when not needed.  As is the nature of hope, this tool looks to be full of potential and extreme power; however, its reliability, and physical form is questionable.
