Unlike most contemporary utensils, this item seems to serve a multitude of purposes.  The front has three points that make it very similar to a fork; however, the blades are not as deep set.  One side of the utensil is rounded and the entire thing is set down so that it could be used as a spoon.  The other end is mostly rounded as well except for a short, straight blade that appears to be a tiny replica of a table knife.  Made of solid silver, this item appears quite handy and would probably serve many uses beyond just a piece of flatware.
