The dresser once held seven drawers, two columns of three and a small drawer in the top center; however, the furniture has been torn apart and rummaged through.  The lone drawer remains intact despite other damages to the dresser.  The strong dark wood finish around the keyhole is scarred and scratched where looters have apparently tried, without luck, to pick the small lock.
