This mace is made of the same sturdy stone material that buildings are made of in the city where the mace was made.  The mace is heavy and hard to wield but, when it hits, the mace does plenty of damage.  There is a sturdy wooden handle on the mace head which doesn't quite even out the balance on the weapon.
