Made in the shape of a paw of a small cat, this pendant is worn by the Balam of Ixchal who serve the interests of the God of that city.  The pendant comes on an ebon chain that weighs little but does not break easily.  Since only the Balam should be wearing this pendant, other people who know what this item represents will not take kindly to the person who took the pendant.
