The starfish has five fat arms with large webbings between them, making the shape almost round - like a loose cloth around a pentagram.  It has a bright blue coloring which ranges from very light to near-black at the center.  The poor thing is no larger than a big coin, and it is drying out fast.  Perhaps it needs help?  Then again, some races claim they are quite tasty, if a little spongy...
