Shaped as a broad rimmed vase, the highly polished steel of the fountain relects the redness of the crimson carpet.  Deep etchings in the steel have been enameled with a darker crimson and appear to move and dance like flames. A pungeant, reddish liquid fills the main basin and relentless bubbles as if some unseen hand were stirring it from below.
