The whip looks extremely deadly.  At first glance it looks as though it is made of a silver cloth but after close inspection you see it is actually crafted of steel razor wire.  If it wasn't for the solid steel handle you wouldn't even be able to hold the whip without slicing your hands apart.  The heavy steel end of the whip is known to cause the occational concussion to warriors in battle.
