Cleverly disguised as a short club, the black wooden rod splits in two to reveal a short, thin wire that has been attached to the inside middle of both parts of the wooden contraption.  The two parts of the club serve as handles that can be used to tighten the wire around the neck of a victim.  The wire is fragile, however, and will probably only be useful to GARROTE a victim once before breaking.
