A writhing mass of ethereal cilia, each culminating in a scintillating, barbed end, emanate outward from both ends of a smooth, double-handled grip. Circumscribed about each end of the central grip, a faint tracing of runes appears when the light strikes the shaft just so.  While extremely difficult to maneuver without inflicting grievous injury to the wielder, once mastered, this weapon would certainly pose a terrible threat to any enemy.
