This eye was once wielded by the Fate's themselves to see into the past, present, and future.  The mages of the high tower, adapted it to see through the eyes of another, so that they could FIND anyone they wished.  Be warned, the Fate's Eye requires a sacrifice of life and can only be called upon a single time.
