This is the mark of the arch mage Ilhundyl.  The blade of this decent sized dagger has been made from a large cut diamond; it sparkles in even the darkest of dungeons.  At the bottom of the blade, the handle is made of a wood polished so remarkably it fits in the palm of any hand, but magic restricts who its user may be.  The handle is designed to resemble a large gold dragon. At all times, even when at rest, this dagger hums with the evil magic of the arch mage, as his blood still runs through it.
