Four wooden legs, each about eight inches in diameter support a round platform to sit on that is at least 48 inches in diameter.  The whole assembly stands a good three meters high with serious braces between the legs.  The giants that sit on this thing certainly want to protect their posteriors from the effects of a sudden collapse.
