This chair is from the Death Spider Tavern in Fineash.  Judging by its battle scars it has been in many fights.  It only has one leg left, and its back has been smashed in half making it useless furniture.  Blood stains have ruined the ash wood that composes this chair.  Although the chair isn't very accurate, if contact is made, it can do a lot of damage in a brawl.
