This cloak is only supposed to be worn by the monks from the Lak-Taque order.  They wear it in a ceremony that takes place at certain times of the day.  The gold and white of the cloak symbolizes their Goddess, Lak-Taque; she who is gold and riches.  The cloak is made of a very fine material.
