A pair of newly ironed black trousers.  They have creases down both legs and have a belt attached at the top.  The belt is made of snake skin and the trousers are made of a very brightly colored cloth.  There is a very strong smell of mothballs coming from the trousers.  A nametag is shabbily sewn on the inside of the trousers with the Mayor's name printed on it in smeared ink.
