a badly damaged map

This badly damaged map has some elaborate text and a rough sketch of Ejoran Desert.

look map

Faded on the crumbling map is a sketch of the Ejoran Desert with New Thalos at the north, the pyramids to the west and the old city of Thalos in the mid eastern side. A small sketch of a mage holding out his hands, stands in the desert before the old city of Thalos chanting. Floating below him is a sundial and a golden gate, as if waiting to spring up and appear before him.
Almost hidden, written vertically along the margin, is a curious message...

Turn back the hand of time.....
She was once a glorious gem glistening on the desert sands. Now she hides her ruined face deep with Ejoren Tama land.
Turn back the hand of time.....
She may remember her glory, her beauty for a moment till she remembers and hides again.
Turn back the hand of time.....
