The fountain is composed of white marble.  There are no apparent seams in the stone as though it had been carved from a single piece.  The waters that flow from its various spouts are clear and cool.  From time to time the light hits a spray just right and rainbows flash for a brief moment.  The statue that rests in its center is carved of the same seamless marble.  Arms, large and muscular, though seemingly gentle, are raised as though it were conducting a musical performance.  The face is soft and serene, granting a peaceful blessing with its gaze.  A plaque rests at the base of the fountain.

It has been imbued with the powers of love and light, and now radiates them through its waters and across this land.  A piece of the Phoenix ember was set in its heart to ensure that it would never be destroyed.  With each change of its hands, the world will slowly change and people will once again live in harmony with nature.
