Someone has left a tiny pair of bracers on the ground.

These small bracers are intricately worked from leather.  They look small enough to fit a pixie, but anyone else would have some difficulty with them. The bracers are imbued with a small dweomer by the evil quicklings which creates the faint glow around the bracers.
