This footman's mace is of worked bronze, standard issue for the sentries of crystal castle.  The shaft is about the length of a human arm, while the business end is a fist-sized ball of bronze, carefully pounded to resemble the head of its owner.  In this way, each mace in the castle looks unique, though the head on this one has been slightly warped by a dent near the left cheek.
