A guard sits here playing cards on an overturned barrel.

With a growling motion, the guard slaps another card down on the table. The other faces around the barrel reflect the same emotion, though at least ONE of them must be winning here.  Offical jackets and weapons are kept close at hand, ready to be worn on a moment's notice.
