Sam the Postman

A tall glum man leans against the counter, poking at the pile of flyers before him.

Occasionally pushing his spectacles back up his nose, the grey man behind the counter is bored to tears.  With the energetic Sipen doing all the work, there is nothing for the poor man to do, but wait on customers that come to the counter for their mail.
