A short elderly man putters behind the counter.

The old elf shuffles the canisters and vials around on the counter as he slowly puts together one of his specialities.  With the regular skirmishes between the guards and the many foes outside the gates, this little old man is kept very busy indeed.  Keeps his children well fed too.
