An ebony black gelding snorts his impatience.

The black gelding prances in place, apparently quite well trained despite his hurried temper.  The gelding is pure black, neither a trace of white nor grey on the glossy coat, or even a chest blaze marring the coat's perfection. Though still young, the horse's training shows well, it would make an excellent riding mount.
