A prisoner stares at you from the back of the cell.

You look at this prisoner disgusted, how could anyone be put in a jail in this city?  This fellow must have committed the ultimate in crimes.  He stares at you and does nothing else.  It looks as if he has lost the will to live, you wonder what the enforcers did to him.
