A huge eye floats in the air here, ready to punish all.

This eye is the right hand of the Beholder who is in charge of the enforcers.  The shell of this eye is brown and crusty, almost like scales. The pupil of this eye is a very deep red.  Looking at it makes you slightly dizzy.
