A cow bellows nervously within the confines of the stockyard.

One of several hefty meat-dairy breed favored in Aethelfyrd, the cow has made its way from birth, to field, to stockyard, and will soon enough be ushered from the stockyard to the slaughterhouse, to be butchered for meat to the Aethelfyrd markets.  Its horns can often be a problem in such close quarters, and care is advised when moving within the pens.
