A repairman checks his tools as he walks around.

The repair man is a young man who is making his living in Aethelfyrd by fixing other people's weapons and armor.  He wanders about the city with his cart of tools, waiting for people to approach him.  To use his services, type 'fix' while in front of him.  Be warned, the services of any repair man are never free.
