A filthy, smelly, fat, extremely ugly orc female is here, eyeing you with lust.

The fat orc might even be pregnant, though who or what would have been the father is a complete mystery.  Drool flows from her toothless mouth to her blood stained chest.  Her tattered clothes are stained and barely contain her enormous bulk.  Only by looking very closely can one see a few human traits. Humanity must be very far back in her ancestry.
