A little gnome plays an upbeat tune on the piano.

The gnome is a flashy, lecherous little fellow who plays the piano and tells jokes and stories to liven up the atmosphere here.  He wears a black derby and smokes a stubby cigar, and every so often he tries to talk one of the girls into sitting at the piano with him -- but without success.  You're just amazed that with his short arms and fingers he can play the piano at all.
