Mr. Smith, Customer Support

Mr. Smith, the customer support rep is here to help with repairs.

Mr.  Smith is an enigma.  A large burly man with a full beard, dressed in a black three piece suit and tie.  He also wears black sunglasses despite the fact that the lighting is poor here.  With a calm demeanor he directs a crew of white trench-coated repair engineers, except for a few outbursts of rather colorful language when they screw up.
