A grizzled veteran soldier glares at you with crossed arms.

The Syndicate training coordinator stands here, his burly arms folded.  A grizzled ex-soldier, who remains in outstanding shape despite pushing sixty. His job is to work you into the finest physical shape of your life, and he will, even if it kills you.  He points to some twenty pound weights in the corner as if to say "You can start with those".
