The postmaster general barks orders to his team of mail clerks.

A recently retired general from the army of Aethylfryd, the postmaster is now applying his voice of authority to the important job of postmaster.  He stands in the center of the chaos barking orders to his troops.  And when he barks, the clerks jump to obey, perhaps that was something to do with his reputation for making examples out of poor soldiers.
