An arctic settler wanders about the village.

This young man looks in his early twenties and is a descendant of a small tribe of ancient settlers.  Centuries of arctic life have transformed these people into a race uniquely suited to survive the harsh, freezing conditions in which they live.  Their almost ethereal form hides them from the fiercest predators and protects them from the climate.
