A nightmarish beast seeks your soul for its collection.

The outer planes beast defies description.  Its fat, bloated body is supported by three stumpy, but athletic, limbs.  Three more limbs act as arms. At the end of two of the arms sharp pincers click together rapidly.  The third arm ends in a short, sharp scythe.  It has no mouth, but it does have three eyes arranged around its squat head so that it can see all around without turning.
