The High Priest of Bane leads the sacrificial ceremony.

The High Priest is an old man with a heavily scarred face.  He appears taller than the average human, but his weight is hidden by his bulky robes. His eyes are raised to the sky in prayer as he readies a dagger to consummate the sacrifice.
