Sister Tovi is here.

Sister Tovi is an old woman with wrinkled skin that hangs loosely on her face.  She is wearing a high collared gray silk dress with just a tad bit of lace at the cuffs.  Despite her advanced age, her gray eyes still sparkle and her intent gaze indicates that she is well aware of her surroundings, and the people in them.
